We aim to despatch orders on the same day that the order is placed (providing we receive your order before 2pm, Monday to Friday).

Orders will only be despatched upon receipt of cleared payment from you.  In the event that you pay for your order by personal cheque, please allow up to 7 days for clearance.

We reserve the right to despatch orders to the card billing address only.

All orders include free delivery and will be sent by Royal Mail or DHL.  In the event of industrial action or Royal Mail being unable to deliver your order, we will advise you of alternative delivery methods - we reserve the right to charge an additional fee in these circumstances however we will notify you in advance before proceeding.

Please order carefully.  All our products have an accurate description and photographs.  If you order the wrong item, we are happy to exchange the goods for you however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and there maybe a redelivery charge.
